Invitation applications are accepted anytime around the year, but Invitation are issued from the
end of May every year until first of November.
It takes from 10 to 15 days to process the
documents with the Ministry of Higher Education
and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The invitation (including visa support
procedures) must be paid before arrival. Invitation costs 500 USD Including courier mail (DHL, FedEx, TNT) costs and may be paid by Online Credit Card, Bank Transfer,
Western Union or Moneygram.
Upon receiving the invitation letter, the
student must contact the Embassy
of Ukraine in
his / her country in order to apply for the
